For pennies a day, you can grow some tasty ingredients for soups, salads, sandwiches and salads. Sprout cuisine has gone far beyond alfalfa and mung beans. Learn the techniques to safely grow sprouts in jars, baskets, trays – with and without soil and enjoy some tasty sprout cuisine.

Dehydrating – it’s a win-win for your taste buds & the environment!
