After working flat out on the Tiny Studio for a month before the draw, Lloyd had to take a break to put bread on his own table.

He and David have been back at it lately though, framing the windows and taking care of details that had to be done before the siding could go on.

Today’s work was more photogenic.

The window trim has been primed, and the purchaser can choose the paint.

The solid wood siding is new material, and has been pre-stained in taupe, which will go well with just about any colour.

Note the care being taken with end-staining and caulking. This is a rugged, properly built little building.

And it’s for sale! The winner of the raffle, Elisabeth Bailey, is selling it.

Asking price is $19,900.

The purchaser will have a say in the interior arrangements, so this is a good time to buy!
