Voting has started for Waldorf School Outdoor Classroom
We (SSSVC and the Blockhouse School Project) were among a Who’s Who of South Shore organizations and people honoured by the Waldorf School today for their efforts to care for the environment.
Awards were presented to organic and biodynamic farmers, artists, educators, small businesses and not-for-profits. See the entire list.
The occasion was the launch of the online voting campaign for the MAJESTA Trees of Knowledge Outdoor Classroom (click link to vote), worth $20,000. The South Shore Waldorf School’s proposal, designed by Rosmarie Lohnes of Helping Nature Heal, is one of 10 finalists in the competition. You can vote every day from now until May 5th. Voters have a chance with every vote to win $10,000!
