Tables, file cabinets and desks from Dal Sustainability

Things have been happening around the school, with almost daily arrivals of “stuff” – kitchen wares, furniture, manure, and more, while we sort out details of who has keys, and who is  on site when, and getting ready for the Permaculture Design Certification course starting May 12!

From Dal Sustainability we received a shipment of surplus office furniture and items that will be used in fund-raising and renovations. There is more where that came from, not only from Dal but from other universities.

Our kitchen inventory is expanding regularly with contributions from a number of people. If I started to name them here, I’d surely miss a few. Maybe we should start a page to acknowledge those who have contributed to the project. They are many, already.

There are many ways to contribute. We have a list of “Things we need” and “Things to do NOW on site” that could get you started.
