The First Permacult Open Mic
Wasn’t that a party! PDC grad Ada Denil organized the first open mic coffeehouse at the school for Sunday night, June 10.
Don’t worry if you missed it; there will be more. We seem to have struck a vein. There is apparently a real need around here for opportunities for young people in particular to perform and to hear live music.

There were about 15 talented musicians and 40 people altogether. Many had attended this school as children and are now in their twenties. There was lots of enthusiasm for the music, for one another and for the project.
Thanks to those who helped out, who donated snacks, who played, who listened, to David Young for the spotlight and especially to Ada for this wonderful gift to the project!
