Sprouts are nature’s superfood. They are full of nutrients & energy. Learn how you can enjoy a variety of fresh sprouts every day from your own sprout garden. For pennies a day, you can grow some tasty ingredients for soups, salads, sandwiches and salads. Sprout cuisine has gone far beyond alfalfa and mung beans. Dehydrating – it’s a win-win for your taste buds & the environment!
