2nd Annual CommuniTEA Saturday, August 17
We’ll have tours of the building and property, plant identification walks, local food tasting, displays and of course our Blockhouse Blend herbal tea.
This year, we have extra excitement: an Altered Book Art Show – and of course, The Tiny Studio Raffle draw!
The draw will take place at 2 pm. August 17 – Save the date!
Touring the Blockhouse School Project is to experience going beyond tearing down a building to creating new possibilities for the land and locally prepared food, listening to music and poetry, seeing your neighbours, and pondering permaculture….and maybe getting involved there growing a tomato,and in the future, canning it and laughing together in the kitchen. It seems to be a place of good heart and sharing whatever resources people bring together.
